3. Photo and Face Data Collection, Storage, and Processing

Photo Uploads: When you upload photos to AI Headshot & Face Swap, they are temporarily stored on our secure cloud server for the sole purpose of training a custom AI model. These photos are never used for analytics, advertising, or shared with third parties beyond the model training process.

Third-Party Model Training: The AI model is trained using a trusted third-party AI service. All photo data is transferred securely and encrypted during transit. Our partner deletes all face data from their systems automatically within 7 days after training is completed.

Retention: Your uploaded face data is retained for less than 24 hours on our servers and is permanently deleted after successful handover to our model training provider.

Generated Content: The avatars and face swaps generated from your trained model are stored only on your device. We do not store or access them.

Use of Face Data: Face data is used exclusively to create your personalized model and is not used for biometric identification, authentication, surveillance, or any secondary purpose.
